Code Search Ranking: A Benchmark Across 4 Tools and 41 Queries
We benchmarked four code search tools across 41 queries and 8 repositories. searchcode returned the correct #1 result 86% of the time, compared to 24% for Tool A, 50% for Tool C, and 54% for Tool B.
