14Install Qt (if not done before)
15Install Boost (if not done before)

17Using MSVC: 
18   - edit the file qt.vsprops 
19   - set the UserMacro QT to point to your Qt distribution
20   - edit the file boost.vsprops
21   - set the UserMacro BOOST_ROOT to point to your Boost distribution
22   - alternatively you can include Boost and/or Qt in your standard include path

24Using Linux/gcc
25   - install Qt with sudo apt-get install libqt4-dev
26   - run qmake -project
27   - edit the generated file "with_external_libs.pro"  and delete all lines but the x06_qt_world_mapper.cpp
28   - run qmake
29   - edit the generated Makefile, if necessary, and add -I../../../.. to include Boost and Boost.Geometry
30   - run make
