18Install wxWidgets (if not done before)
19Install Boost (if not done before)

22   - edit the file wxwidgets.vsprops 
23   - set the UserMacro WXWIDGETS to point to your wxWidgets distribution
24   - edit the file boost.vsprops
25   - set the UserMacro BOOST_ROOT to point to your Boost distribution
26   - alternatively you can include Boost and/or wxWidgets in your standard include path
