Delta Engine Beta License Agreement - Copyright (c) 2009-2011 MobileBits GmbH



This license governs use of the accompanying software. If you use the software,

you accept this license. If you do not accept the license, do not use the

software. Please note that this license is only meant for the Delta Engine Beta.

We will have a different license for the final product (1.0) which grants you

more rights to extend and modify the engine to your needs.



Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person downloading the

Beta Preview of the Delta Engine (the "Software") by MobileBits, to use, edit,

change, and test the Software. The only restriction we make is that you cannot

use any of the Delta Engine code directly on other platforms than provided by

the Delta Engine. You have to use our tools and services to get your application

running on other platforms than Windows.



You are allowed to modify the software and push changes back via the public

repository at http://DeltaEngine.Codeplex.com, but you cannot publish,

distribute, sublicense and/or sell copies of the Software! All games or

applications created with this Software can be released on your own terms as

long as you have a license for the platforms you release your product on, see:

The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all

copies or substantial portions of the Software.
