  20. california ( prcc ) has committed to make available to
  21. itec up to loo mi | | ion pounds of material per year .
  22. itec is currentiy in negotiations for a $ 12 mi | | ion
  23. financing to build two pet and hdpe flake
  24. manufacturing faciiities . as part of the negotiations
  25. the company was required to restructure a major
  26. portion of its debt , which was compieted in early
  27. january 20 o 5 . itec s first plant will be capabie of
  28. producing up to 44 million pounds per year .
  29. construction , instaliation and start - up for the first
  30. piant are anticipated to take approximately four
