- function frees the resources allocated by the condition variable

- A condition variable can be destroyed immediately after all the threads that
- are blocked on it are awakened.

- If successful, the
- .Fn pthread_cond_destroy
- function will return zero, otherwise an error number will be returned
- to indicate the error.

- The
