  42. The

  44. function initializes a new vnode, assigning it the vnode operations passed in
  45. .Fa vops .
  46. The vnode is either freshly allocated, or taken from the head of the
  47. free list depending on the number of vnodes already in the system.

  54. The file system type string.
  55. This field should only be referenced for debugging or for userland utilities.
